WCCTV is headquartered in Greater Manchester with additional offices across the UK. The Company also has four office locations in the USA, with the US headquarters in Dallas, TX.

All WCCTV surveillance cameras have been specifically designed to operate over mobile networks, including 5G and 4G, reducing the requirement for extensive cabling or local Wi-Fi facilities to operate the cameras.

WCCTV provides a range of camera solutions, some of which require mains electricity and some which operate independently of power facilities. The WCCTV Solar Fuel Cell Tower utilises a combination of solar energy and environmentally friendly methanol fuel cells to deliver autonomous security to locations without any fixed infrastructure. 

Depending on your requirements, WCCTV can offer its cameras on a rental basis or for outright purchase. If you have a temporary requirement, such as a construction project, it is often more convenient and cost-effective to hire CCTV systems. If your needs are more permanent, then purchasing is available. In both cases, WCCTV provides a fully managed service for its cameras, which includes installation, connectivity, remote video monitoring, maintenance, ongoing technical support and impact reporting. 

No, WCCTV does not provide cameras for domestic or home security purposes. All of our cameras are designed for commercial applications.

From our seven offices across the UK, WCCTV can provide national coverage with a local touch. We have engineers ready to install cameras whether you are in Aberdeen, Aberystwyth, Aylesbury or Ashford.

WCCTV provides free and unlimited access to its mobile app and desktop software platform, allowing authorised users to remotely access their cameras at any time from anywhere. Only authorised users with access to WCCTV's software, your camera's unique details, and your multi-layered passwords can access WCCTV footage. We take every step to ensure the security and integrity of data captured by our cameras. 

WCCTV's cameras use mobile connectivity to facilitate remote connection to your cameras, allowing you to access live video in real-time and retrieve footage from the camera's onboard storage. In areas with no mobile coverage, the cameras will still record to the hard drive, but you will not be able to access this footage remotely.
