Service Administrator - Graduate

Location: Rochdale HQ

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours

Salary: £25,500 per annum

The Service Administrator Role Overview:

  • Responsible for monitoring and uploading of daily service reports.
  • Investigating incidents and giving feedback to our clients.
  • Working as a customer liaison regarding any issues, activity, or maintenance on site.
  • Providing assistance to the field engineering team.
  • Logging service requirements onto the CRM system.
  • Completing daily site reports.

  • Annual Salary of £25,500 increasing to £27,000 upon successful completion of the probationary period.

Your Experience:

  • 1 years’ experience within a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding customer service credentials.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work within a team.

This role will require the BS7858 clearance.
