Customer Success Executive: £26,000 to £28,000 per annum - depending on experience.

The Customer Success Executive Role Overview:

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Calling customers to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved, acquire customer referrals and NPS scores.
• Holding regular scheduled calls with the client to ensure satisfaction levels remain high.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with current customers whilst seeking new contacts within the organisation
• Dealing with requests for footage from the customer as and when required
• Liaising with different departments to resolve issues and maximise revenue opportunities.

Your Experience:

• 2 years’ experience working with customers via phone and face to face.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and sustain strong relationships.
• Well organised with good time management skills and the ability to prioritise.
• A problem solver that is enthusiastic and proactive.
• Computer literate.
