Apprenticeship: Business Administration
Current Role: Senior Customer Support Administrator
I chose to do an apprenticeship because I didn’t want to go to college, I wanted to earn as I learn, so an apprenticeship seemed the best route for me to study and gain work experience.
I contacted a recruitment agency and explained what I wanted to do and they put me in touch with WCCTV. Straight away I really liked the sound of the Company, how they take on a lot of apprentices and offer further development in skills and knowledge.
From day one, WCCTV gave me the opportunity to work across a wide range of responsibilities with the customer support team, they supported and gave me guidance to complete my daily duties as a Customer Support Administrator.
All the staff that I have met whilst on my apprenticeship at WCCTV have been very welcoming and are always happy to offer support and advice.
Whilst being at WCCTV, I have learnt new skills that will develop my employability in the future and gained vital real-world experience within a fast-paced working environment.
WCCTV are also investing in me by supporting my Business Administration studies, which will give me relevant qualifications to support my career development and skill set.
Yes - WCCTV is a really great place to work, they offer a great network of support, endless high possibilities to develop your skills further and they are a great bunch of people to work with!
