Lucy Bolton
Chief Financial Officer
Lucy Bolton joined WCCTV as Chief Financial Officer in July 2024, bringing with her over 20 years of extensive finance experience.
Throughout her career, Lucy has held Finance Director roles in both publicly listed (PLC) and private equity-backed companies, successfully leading initiatives such as acquisitions, debt refinancing and funding ,strategic financial planning and cost optimisation.
She has been brought on board to support the next phase of WCCTV’s ambitious growth plans.
Lucy’s achievements in the finance sector include awards such as Northern Finance Director of the Year, the Yorkshire Finance Award for Leadership, and she was recently recognised in the Insider Media's 42 under 42.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lucy is a keen sportswoman, especially passionate about netball, and she recently completed the Leeds Marathon.
A fun fact: Lucy has appeared on television twice – once as a contestant on Countdown and again on The £100K Drop!
