With a wealth of experience spanning over two decades, Dianne has consistently demonstrated expertise in crafting and executing HR strategies that are both innovative and impactful, aligning seamlessly with the Company's overarching vision, values and objectives.
Throughout her tenure, Dianne has played a pivotal role in shaping the HR landscape at WCCTV, guiding the HR team to provide unwavering support for the growth, development and engagement of a workforce comprising over 200 employees across multiple locations worldwide. Dianne has been instrumental in overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from the initial stages of recruitment and onboarding to the intricacies of performance management and employee relations.
